As Director, Jeannette provides companywide leadership for transportation with an emphasis on the Philadelphia and Exton offices. In doing so, her role focuses on the growth and development of engineering services and staff, driving technical excellence and innovation, and advancing overall company initiatives and objectives.
Professional Highlights
With more than 30 years in the industry, Jeannette has a long history of project leadership experience, specializing in managing multiple fast track projects simultaneously. She has successfully delivered concept studies, signal system designs, low-cost safety improvements, bicycle and pedestrian designs, roundabouts, and complex urban traffic control plans. She is recognized for her strong leadership and disciplined approach to project administration, ensuring clear status reporting, schedule adherence, and accountability. Under her leadership, the Traffic Engineering group expanded its service offerings, delivered multiple award-winning projects, strengthened long-standing client relationships, and secured work in new and emerging markets.
Jeannette is active in multiple industry organizations, frequently presenting at conferences or contributing to the overall program development. She is a two-time graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with both a Masters and Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree. She is also an avid reader and enjoys walking her dog with her family.
