Today, we celebrate National Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Day by recognizing McCormick Taylor’s CAD Users, CAD-Related Committees, and our CAD Services Team.
McCormick Taylor’s CAD Users are at the heart of design innovation. These professionals harness the power of CAD software to bring their engineering designs to life. They use CAD software to conceptualize, visualize, and refine their engineering designs with precision and efficiency. Our CAD-Related Committees play a crucial role in aligning with industry CAD standards and establishing CAD-related best practices. These groups, often composed of experts from various disciplines, work to ensure that CAD tools and methodologies are consistent, reliable, and effective. Their efforts result in improved interoperability, quality assurance, and overall efficiency within our industry. The CAD Services Team works to assess client needs, align project teams, develop/update workspaces, evaluate advancements in technology, develop training, provide CAD-User support, and enhance our CAD System. This facilitates an environment for our engineers to focus on design and delivery amidst project demands.
"National CAD Day is more than a celebration of technology; it’s a tribute to the people who make it all possible," said Len Larsen, Manager, CAD Services. "We invite you to join us in expressing our appreciation for the contributions of these individuals and groups, and the incredible impact CAD technology has on our world."
By honoring our CAD users, CAD-related committees, and CAD services team, we recognize the talent, dedication, and innovation that drive our industry forward.
