McCORMICK TAYLOR WELCOMES JACK DINNE TO OUR BALTIMORE OFFICE

We are pleased to announce Jack Dinne has joined McCormick Taylor in our Baltimore, Maryland office.

 

In his position as Technical Advisor, Environmental Services, Jack will provide regulatory expertise and guidance to our clients in all aspects of project development. 

 

Jack has nearly 30 years of public service experience working for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in various roles/responsibilities. He has an extensive background in federal regulatory compliance, resource delineation verification,  issuance of authorizations under the Clean Water Act, preparation of NEPA documentation and interagency coordination. Working as a Corps Biologist, he has contributed in many ways, including administering and enforcing federal statutes for regulated activities in US waters, working as a Regulatory Program Manager overseeing permit processes, serving as the liaison to the Maryland State Highway Administration, functioning as the Maryland Compensatory Mitigation Bank and In-Lieu Fee Program Point of Contact, and performing varied assessments, analyses, evaluations, and reports.

    

Additionally, Jack has earned several awards and honors throughout his career including two Department of the Army Achievement Medal for Civilian Service,  a Department of the Army Civilian Service Commendation Medal, Civil Award for Humanitarian Service/Commanders Coin for Hurricane Sandy Recovery Work, Sacramento (District) Spirit Award, Numerous Department of Army Special Act Awards, Group Awards, and Performance Awards for Exceptional Service.
