With more than 30 years of experience at McCormick Taylor, she brings deep institutional knowledge and a strategic perspective shaped by close collaboration with ownership, leadership, and employees at all levels. Dawn has led the development and implementation of people-focused strategies and processes that strengthen organizational culture, support sustained growth, and enable teams to deliver on business objectives. She excels at defining short- and long-term workforce plans and aligning compensation and benefits strategies to attract top talent while advancing the firm’s long-term vision.
In her free time, Dawn likes to spend time with her husband at the beach or in France while brushing up on her French verb conjugation.
