As Vice President and a key member of the Operations Team, Greg works directly with executive leadership and ownership to ensure the ongoing financial success of the organization. Within the Operations Team, Greg serves as a liaison, bridging the gaps between the technical, financial and operational needs of the organization. Greg is not only the architect of the company’s financial strategy year to year, but over his 25+ year career at the company has ensured business practices continued to evolve by leveraging technology for data driven decision making. Multiple administrative departments roll up under his leadership which include Accounting, Facilities and the Information Technology divisions.

Since joining McCormick Taylor in 2000, Greg has played a critical role in accelerating innovation by improving the company’s financial reporting abilities through the successful implementation of new technologies within all the departments he oversees. His initiatives have improved accuracy and efficiency as it pertains to job and profitability reporting, financial statements, utilization, and asset management. He is also the prominent voice in making key financial decisions responsible for navigating the company over the last 25 years through changes in staffing, fluctuations in market penetration. and shifts in job and client types. In addition to his core competencies of financial reporting, company-wide financial planning, and scenario modeling, Greg is wholly responsible for creating alignment between financial objectives and overall organizational goals. He has and continues to champion initiatives that have fostered and supported positive and far-reaching changes to the company’s culture.
