In her role as Assistant Vice President, Michele is a key member of McCormick Taylor’s Business Resources Team (BRT) working collaboratively to enhance and guide our operational services and professional development companywide. Leveraging her expertise in planning, data management and analytics, and process development within McCormick Taylor’s Systems & Operations Group, Michele brings a unique perspective and understanding to unify the technical and operational needs of the company. Her primary focus is to develop and implement streamlined processes across the entire organization to increase consistency and efficiency.

Professional Highlights

As a certified planner and GIS professional, Michele brings 25 years of experience and project management excellence to her role, which is exemplified by her continuing contributions of quality work for key clients such as the Maryland State Highway Administration. Throughout her career, she has specialized in designing and overseeing customized predictive models, complex databases, and spatial applications, while carefully managing key administrative details such as schedules, budgets, and coordinated action items.

Michele holds a M.A. in Geography and Environmental Planning from Townson State University and a B.S. in Earth Science from Frostburg State University.  As a mother of three, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and watching her children play sports and discover the world. Michele and her family often visit the Outer Banks of North Carolina to fish, swim, spend time with family, and relax on the beach. She likes cooking healthy food, running, lifting weights and staying active.
