In his role as Chief Visionary Officer and Co-Owner, Pat spearheads the company’s long-term, strategic direction while also guiding the firm’s employee centric culture. Under Pat’s leadership, the company has flourished, surpassing revenue goals, expanding services, and inspiring collaboration and relationship building.
Professional Highlights
Pat’s 37-year career has been built on turning bold ideas into reality. From his start as an errand runner in 1989, he always envisioned owning the company. Through relentless dedication and results-driven leadership, he made it happen in 2011 when he became co-owner. Prior to purchasing the company, Pat served as the firm’s Vice President of Finance, achieving outstanding results through smart cash management, strong controls, and forward-looking financial planning. Today, he leads the company with that same ambition and visionary focus that defined his journey from the beginning.
In his spare time, Pat enjoys watching and participating in sports. He’s a faithful Philly sports fan and holds season tickets for both the Eagles and Flyers. Pat stays active by pitching for our Philadelphia office’s softball team and hitting the golf course with friends.
