Vice President, Systems and Operations

As Vice President of Systems and Operations and a key member of McCormick Taylor’s Operations Team, Sandy leads efforts to advance and refine company initiatives to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality in all facets of the firm’s work, from project deliverables and experiences to internal processes. Her dedication to process improvement is demonstrated in her promotion of Project Health and daily oversight of CAD Management and Quality Management companywide.

Professional Highlights

Over her nearly four-decade career, Sandy has earned a strong reputation in the industry for her commitment to quality and her expertise in the administration and management of local transportation programs. A licensed Professional Engineer in four states and a Certified Bridge Safety Inspector, she brings extensive hands-on experience in bridge rehabilitation, construction, and inspection. Sandy has served as an appointed township engineer and the bridge engineer for multiple counties, guiding project planning, development, administration, design, and construction. Her leadership, innovative thinking, and problem-solving skills are central to McCormick Taylor’s mission of advancing systematic management and effective leadership across its projects.

Sandy earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware and her MBA from West Chester University. Outside of work, she enjoys her role as a dedicated hockey mom, completing home improvement projects, raising chickens and traveling with family and friends.
