THE CHALLENGE

The PennDOT Office of Public-Private Transportation Partnerships (P3 Office) is tasked with overseeing the screening and procurement of P3 projects across the Commonwealth. From the $1.2 billion Rapid Bridge Replacement project to the Major Bridge Public-Private Partnership Project which seeks infrastructure improvements focusing on the rehabilitation and replacement of six major bridges and associate roadways across the Commonwealth, the P3 Office coordinates projects with both statewide and local impact.
