McCormick Taylor Welcomes Joey Woody, PE to our North Charleston, SC Office

McCormick Taylor is pleased to announce Joey Woody, PE has joined our growing North Charleston, South Carolina office.

With 27 years of experience specializing in hydrology, hydraulics, stormwater infrastructure, flood-risk assessment, and regulatory permitting for public and private sector clients, Joey brings deep technical knowledge to our Water Resources team. He has successfully delivered solutions for a wide range of public and private sector clients, serving in key roles such as Lead Project Engineer and Project Manager on complex stormwater and drainage initiatives. His portfolio includes multiple stormwater master plans for the Town of Bluffton, reflecting his proven ability to develop innovative, resilient, and sustainable water resources solutions.

In his position as Manager, Water Resources, Joey will lead the delivery of water resources and environmental projects, including roadway drainage and bridge hydraulics design, watershed management, climate and community resilience initiatives, floodplain management, environmental permitting and compliance, stormwater management, stream restoration, and MS4 support. He will work closely with clients and colleagues to foster collaboration and develop innovative solutions to complex environmental challenges.
