1. McCormick Taylor does a lot for me as a dad, and I appreciate them for it.
2. Having the ability to work from home allows me to watch my 7-year-old daughter and 11-month-old son grow. I’m also able to drop off and pick up my daughter from school. Having flexibility allows me to be more involved in their routines.

1. McCormick Taylor provides a great work-life balance by allowing me to have flexibility in my daily schedule.
2. This flexibility allows my wife and I the ability to coordinate daycare pick up and drop off that works for us; as well as, the ability for both of us to attend his pediatrician check-ups. Most mornings I am able to help my wife with the morning wake-up and feeding routine. I am also able to postpone some of my tasks until later in the evening after my son has gone to bed, so I can spend as much time as possible with him.
3. I am still a new dad myself (my son is only 7 months old) but my advice would be to spend as much time with your kids as possible, even if it means working later in the evening when they’re asleep.
