Jim has more than 30 years of experience with McCormick Taylor. Before taking co-ownership in 2011, he served in staff, project management, and senior management capacities, playing a key role in the design and management of major highway design projects in the mid-Atlantic region.
His overall corporate responsibilities include serving as liaison between technical staff, clients, and the community; participating in the design of complex multidisciplinary projects; overseeing the development of budgets, schedules, technical reports, and presentations; and working to expand McCormick Taylor’s presence in the United States. He defines the philosophical parameters of our projects, organizes the most technically responsive team to address all technical and procedural requirements, and ensures project results meet or exceed client expectations.
