Kris oversees the transportation and structural departments in our Exton, Philadelphia, and Mount Laurel offices. With over 20 years of experience, he has worked on major projects for PennDOT, NJDOT, NJTPA, PA Turnpike Commission, SEPTA, DRPA, and other local agencies. His experience ranges from alternative studies to final design and PS&E packages through construction consultation. Kris’s quality assurance responsibilities include roadway engineering, transit engineering, interchange design, drainage, maintenance and protection of traffic, detour plans, construction staging, access plans, design exceptions, cost estimating, utility relocation plans, and right-of-way engineering.
Kris is a member of ASHE, ASCE, ACEC, and APC. In his free time, he enjoys watching his three children play sports and participate in dance competitions.
