Bio

Rick brings more than 30 years of experience to his role here, where his responsibilities lie primarily in the environmental and management fields for the firm’s Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware offices. His areas of expertise include traditional environmental services, communications services, and planning services.

His technical background lies largely in the fields of technical natural resource studies, regulatory compliance and policy development. He has collaborated with multiple PennDOT Districts, PennDOT Central Office Bureaus, The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, and the National Highway Institute. Prior to joining McCormick Taylor in 1993, Rick worked for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.

When he’s not in the office, Rick enjoys spending time with his family, hunting and fishing, and working on classic cars.
